1. Pre-Order & Cancellation Policy
All pre-order sales are final. Once an order is placed, we do not accept cancellations or refunds, as stock is reserved exclusively for pre-order customers.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the item will only be shipped after the specified delivery period (e.g., May shipment schedule).
If you wish to modify your order, changes must be requested within 7 days of purchase. After this period, modifications may not be possible.
2. Returns & Refunds
We are committed to ensuring product quality. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund, subject to the following conditions:
You must report any issues within 48 hours of receiving the product.
You must provide photo evidence of the defect or damage.
If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
Return shipping for faulty items will be covered by us.
No returns are accepted for change of mind.

Shipping Fee: A ยฃ30 shipping charge applies to orders below ยฃ500.
Coverage: Free shipping applies to mainland UK orders over ยฃ500. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas.
Delivery Time: As our products are pre-order, they will be shipped according to the May shipment schedule. Once the shipment arrives at our warehouse, we will dispatch orders within 10 days.
If there are any unexpected shipping cost changes due to external factors, we reserve the right to adjust our shipping policy.
